How does the heating work, and what powers it?
Three levels — low (104°F), medium (118°F), high (131°F) — chosen with one button, warm in under a minute.
It’s USB-powered: connect the included cable to any standard power bank and tuck it in the hidden pocket. The power bank isn’t included, so you can use one you own.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the USB cable first, then machine-wash on a gentle cycle and air-dry. Never wash it with the power bank attached.
How warm does it get — and is it safe?
Up to a toasty 131°F. The heating runs on low-voltage USB power and is made for everyday use indoors and out. It’s a comfort product, not a medical device.
How long does delivery take?
