At Pridera, we're committed to providing high-quality products and making sure every customer has a great shopping experience.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

📦 Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition, free of stains, odours and pet hair.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

✨ Product Information

Pridera hoodies are heavyweight zip-up pieces with a full-face zip, a printed hood and mask panel, and printed sleeves.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in print placement, colour and finish may naturally occur between individual garments.
  • Print colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.
  • Our hoodies are cut for an oversized, baggy fit. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between units.
  • Some promotional images or videos may include enhanced or AI-assisted visuals for demonstration purposes.
  • The final product may vary slightly from marketing materials while maintaining the same overall design and functionality.

These minor variations are normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, the size guide and the design images before placing an order.

📦 Packaging

Packaging may experience minor wear during shipping.

Minor damage to the outer packaging does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the hoodie itself arrives in good condition.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The incorrect size or design was received.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect, such as a broken zip or a misprint.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Orders where the product matches the description and specifications on our website.
  • Personal preference or change of mind after delivery.
  • Claims such as "I don't like it," "it's not what I expected," or similar subjective opinions when the item matches the listing.
  • Minor differences in print placement, colour, finish, packaging, or appearance.
  • An incorrect size or design selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Fit complaints where the size ordered matches our published size guide. Our hoodies are intentionally cut oversized.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, bleach, tumble drying, ironing directly over the print, or failure to follow the care instructions.
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the hoodie, including the affected area.
  • Clear photos of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

🔍 Review Process

To ensure fair resolutions, we may request additional information before approving any claim.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be declined.

🔁 Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, Pridera may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement.
  • Issue store credit.
  • Offer a partial refund.
  • Approve a return.
  • Decline the request if the product matches its description or insufficient evidence is provided.

🚫 Chargebacks

We kindly ask customers to contact Pridera Support at shoppridera@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks submitted for delivered orders that match the product description may be disputed using shipping records, tracking information, order documentation, customer communication, and other relevant evidence.

By placing an order with Pridera, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, the size guide and the design images.
  • You have selected the correct size and design for each hoodie in your order.
  • You understand that slight manufacturing variations may occur.
  • You understand that our hoodies are cut for an oversized, baggy fit.
  • You agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
  • You understand that personal preference alone does not qualify for a refund when the product matches its listing.
